1, before the installation should first check whether the original motive and the two axes of the working machine are concentric, whether there are wrapping paper and bruise on the surface of the two axis, whether there is any sundries in the inner hole of the 2.5 coupling shaft of the plum blossom coupling, if there is a bruise on the edge of the inner hole, such as the shaft, the semi coupling, and the fine file, and then check the inside of the 2.5 joint. Whether the diameter and length of the hole are in accordance with the size of the original motive, the diameter of the working machine and the length of the shaft extension. In the general selection, the length of the semi coupling of the original motive and the end of the working machine is less than the length of the shaft extension 10- 30mm.
2. In order to facilitate the installation, it is best to preheat the 2.5 coupling in the 120--150 insulation box or oil tank, so that the size of the inner hole is very easy to install. After installation, the axle head can not protrude the end of the semicircular shaft, and the Qi Ping is good. The distance between the two half couplings is detected: the 3--4 point is measured along the flange two inside the semi coupling shaft. The average value of the reading and the sum of the measured dimensions between the lengthened segment and the two diaphragm groups are both within the range of 0-0.4mm.
3, find out: using a dial indicator to detect the end and outer circle of the flange of the coupling shaft, when the flange is less than 250mm, the beating value should not be more than 0.05mm; when the flange of the flange is greater than 250mm, the beat value should not be more than 0.08..
4, install bolt: through the bolt from the outer side of the flange hole, through the other flange large hole out of the cushion sleeve, elastic washer, twist nut, the wrench to tighten the nut. Such as installation discomfort or dismantling replacement, and does not damage the shaft and half of the joint, after the installation, move freely as well.
5, operator notice: the plum shaft coupling before starting the equipment should check whether the nut of the plum blossom coupler can be loosened or falling off, such as the nut should be tightened with the wrench in time. It should first be empty to start the equipment for 1 minutes to open the load line valve; the stop order is opposite. (please brush the engine oil on the outside of the coupler once a month).
6. The practice has proved that the daily startup times of installation, maintenance, operation and plum blossom coupling are at 1--5 times, and the life span of the diaphragm is at least 5 years. If the installation, maintenance, and operation of the diaphragm are not installed, maintained and operated according to the requirements of the manual, the deformation of the diaphragm or the deviation between the original motive and the two axis axis of the working machine is made.  Most of the film will damage the diaphragm in advance.
