Two. The rotation of the impeller of the vortex air pump must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan cover.
Three, when the vortex air pump works, the working pressure should not exceed 8KPa, avoiding the excessive current of the motor and the high heat driven by the air pump to cause damage to the air pump.
Four. Prohibit solid, liquid or corrosive gases from entering the pump body.
Five. The filter device and the silencer on the two ends of the intake and outlet of the vortex air pump need to be cleaned timely according to the actual situation so as to avoid clogging.
Six, the outer connection between the intake port and the outlet of the vortex air pump must be connected with a hose.
Seven, the replacement of the bearings of the whirlpool pump must be repaired by the professional maintenance staff. First, the screws on the pump cover are loosened, and then the parts are disassembled according to the order of the drawings. The dismantled parts need to be cleaned and assembled according to the reverse order. When dismantling, the parts should be carefully and orderly to avoid affecting the factory. Adjust the clearance.
Eight. The bearing installation of vortex air pump is mainly divided into two categories.
The first category: the bearing of the pump end is installed inside the pump body between the base and the impeller, and does not need to add grease at ordinary times.
The second category: the bearings on the pump end need to be regularly added to the specified type of grease.
