But when the data is insufficient, the analysis is difficult, the maximum torque is not easy to be determined, the calculation torque can be selected. That is, the calculation torque does not exceed the allowable torque value. The calculation torque Tc is calculated by the following formula

T- theoretical torque (N.m)
K - choose the coefficient of plum blossom coupling. Refer to JB/T7511-94 "mechanical plum blossom coupling selection calculation".
PW - driving power (KW) PH - driving power (horsepower)
N- speed (RPM)
3, determine the scope of the hole (Note: the main and subordinate axis diameter is not the same time, should be based on the diameter of the big end to choose the specifications of plum coupling).
4, choose the type of shaft hole and key (or expansion coupling sleeve).
